노미입니다: Boston, MA, United States; Hi, I'm Nomi. I'm 25 years old. I'm finishing up my BFA in Painting. My subject matter is focused on the experiences and feelings I have had as a young biracial / mixed race woman. The mainly abstract paintings focus on the pull a mixed race individual can often feel from the different cultures that make up who they are. Adding in the figure is another way for me to create an easier to read narrative in my paintings. I am learning and growing and a blog seemed to be a smart way to share my artwork and growth with others.
